Poor level of professionalism unless they know you they treat you like junk.
R&R is great. I find they give me nice service and advice and I am new to some of this stuff.. so they have to be patient. Sometimes they are busy but they do pretty well overall.
Anyways ,.. always treated me well,.. I would recommend them others for sure.
They spent a lot of time helping me pick out my first and second pistol. I love them both and I get great help with any questions I have.
Double thumbs up to the bow guys Ken and Rich (although Rich still smells like smoke, from his house fire,.. just kidding). Better have Ken tune the bow next time after that joke!
