It was clean and they were friendly the food was good
My boy Seany D works at this joint. Therefore it's an 11/10 IGN, would eat here again.
The staff made an effort to connect with me and made me feel welcome.
I work this subway and i gave it a try with the App due to the fact that i only get 30 minutes gor lunch. Ive orderd twice over the app and both times ive had to wait aprox. 10-15 min for my sub and its pretty pathetic.. Sorry

Very nice staff. The hygienist was very nice he actually sat there and talked to me got to know me the doctor she was a very nice personable very sweet definitely would recommend them to anybody

Charged me $95 just for looking at my teeth for one minute and did nothing else. I do not have a nickname, but the front desk gave me a nickname "sin-yu" on their patient form. Who put "sin" in their names?! In addition, I was tricked to take another x-ray for $100+, which I already have in my dental records taken only 2 months ago. Racist, rude and deceitful on purpose.

The staff was very warm and inviting from the moment we walked through the door. Jill our hygienist does a amazing job and is so patience. Sarah the assistant is understanding and pleasant, very knowledgeable. Dr Park does an amazing job with kids and has a heart of gold. I will be telling everyone I know to go to Baystate Dental in Belchertown.

We were getting ready to leave on vacation when my daughters jaw was starting to get achy. It was like that for a couple days. I was worried it was an infection brewing or an abscess. Baystate Dental was able to squeeze us in so they could find out what was going on before we left. They didn't want her to be misreble while we were away either. Well... it was not an abscess, it was her wisdom teeth. They reassured us all was ok and we were able to make her consultation appointment before we left. Had we waited we would have added a few more weeks on to the waiting process. Thank you Baystate Dental for getting us in!!
