This place gave us a quote of over 5000.00 for a simple direct cremation to my grieving wife,I immediately knew it was a rip off and called a second funeral home and recieved the same services for 1600.00!this place appears to be taking advantage of grieving families.
Beers and Story, an old (in its current location for fifty years) and long respected establishment in Belchertown certainly did not let me down when I found myself in need of their services. There were no nefarious up-selling tactics, and they were very sensitive to our unique situation. I can't recommend them highly enough.
