I shop here on a daily basis and have been since I moved to Belchertown. I must say, they have definitely come a long way in the last 5 years. With all the new employees they have recently hired in replacement of the horrible, obnoxious, disrespctful ones they FINALLY got rid of, it's been such a friendlier, calmer more inviting atmosphere to be in.
As much as I love the place, I only gave 4 stars because I think their prices have gone up too much, they tend to run out of all the things I love to/do buy regularly, too quick and it always feels like I have to wait forever for them to restock those things too haha and also because the owner/owners don't seem too concerned with customer concerns or complaints or anything having to do with customers actually. It's kind of like we don't exist to them. That or they just don't care. Which isn't a good feeling as a person or customer...
It has a pretty large variety of goods, tobacco and alcohol. Also a deli that makes amazing sandwiches.

I hope they're very greatful for the employees they have though because they are the ones who keep the store running and the customers returning. Other then that, this is a great place with great people and great products, Deli especially and I would/do recommend that people come shop here

The employees currently working here are really awesome people! They're super nice, funny, caring people who actually listen to the customers and their feedback about the store including their wants and their needs as a customer as well. They make you feel welcome every time you're here and are the ones who make you want to continue to shop here as well.
This place is a classic location in Belchertown. Great grinders! Friendly staff!
They have awesome grinders. And anything else you need as far as shopping needs they sell liquor as well as food and household items.
