Where do I begin? I would leave 0 stars if possible. I waited 45 minutes to see a nurse practitioner. I patiently waited as I watched people that checked in after, enter before me. I returned to the desk and asked the receptionist for a refund. Evidentially, I wasn't anywhere close because on their waiting list. This is the most unorganized urgent care I have seen. A group of individuals who truly do not care about their customers/patients wellbeing.
