Each time, Don's Auto mechanics (and Eric the owner/lead mechanic) have correctly diagnosed the car's problems, and repaired and/or replaced what was required to fix the problem ... both simple and complex.

I've had nothing but the best experiences with Don's Auto. Eric always works to provide the best service at fair prices. But today he went so far above and beyond what I expected that I feel compelled to write a review. I drove for over an hour to bring my car to him. I planned on leaving my car for several days, and renting one in the meantime. However, when I arrived to rent the car I realized I had left my wallet at home, over an hour away. My car was in no condition to drive back and forth again. Eric called Enterprise and tried to rent a car for me in his name with his credit card. I was amazed by this generosity! Because I didn't have my license, they couldn't do it though. So Eric called a friend of his to drive me all the way home, giving us a car off his lot for the trip. This is really a kindness that is rare and exceptional. It demonstrates the kind of person Eric is. He is honest, stands behind his work, and goes the extra several miles for his customers.
Most recently, my 2006 Ford Five Hundred (which I love) had an intermittent starting problem, and after a couple of days of researching this problem, Eric found that the Engine Control Computer just needed a software update ... PROBLEM FIXED !!! ... without that simple fix, I would have been required to replace the car, thus saving me from that ordeal and expense.
I have been going to Don's Auto repair for several years now. Don's has repaired and serviced my two cars and the two cars of my two sons.
