This is the best service you will find at an Auto Parts store anywhere. It's like being a regular at a bar - they know my name and my phone number and my family and what kinds of things I'm likely to want. Their prices are also incredibly low for not being a box-store chain. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
They don't do everything (eg, swap summer/winter tires), but what they do do they do well and for a reasonable price and with an amenable attitude.
These guys know what they are doing. They never turn my car down like shops around, they always are willing to look at it if its emergence, and best of all prices are not bad. I take my car their if is just a check up or repair.
