Outstanding care for our 5 dogs. When an emergency arrives they always get us in asap. They are very patient and kind every time.
I would give 0 stars if it were an option. My father brings his 12 year old chihuahua mix here. Over the weekend, he had breathing difficulty. He went to emergency which cost 1500 dollars to leave him overnight there.
They don't care about your pets guys, they care about how late they get home from work.

Picked him up Sunday, he was much better. Only got better over the next couple of days. Come Wednesday afternoon, he seemed to be having difficulty again.
It was about 3pm and these people were open. I called and asked them if we could bring him in to be seen, I think he needed a medication he ER did not give us (I work at a vet in NY). She tells me she has no room in her appointment book and I should go to emergency. I explained he was at emergency and we really don't want to bring him back there if they are open and we don't have to. She tells me she is booked... in other words, she didn't want to have to stay late at work because they squeezed my dog in.
I bring my Yorkie and all my Maine Coon cats and kittens (right now 22) to Leah. She is awesome!! Also Faith and Kirsten and Sue!!
So I ask for the doctor, hold for 3 mins, and the doctor tells me she is too busy to see me and I should go spend another 1,000 dollars at the ER where they charge 3x's as much for eveything.
